Circumstances – John Johnson was in his potato garden when he heard a loud clap described as like a shot from a cannon, then a buzzing noise. He then saw an object falling down in a slanting direction at speed. He proceeded to look for the object and found it some 40 yards away from where he stood. It was buried in the ground and when picked up was still warm.
